Jacquie | Lab Technician
Jacquie and has been Dr. Ron’s lab technician since 1991 and has been in the field of orthodontics since 1987. She likes working at Ellingsen Smiles because it is both fun and rewarding. Jacquie has a deep respect for Dr. Ron’s ethics and his determination to achieve the best result for the patient. She also enjoys the challenge of tailoring each appliance to a patient’s specific need. Jacquie is married and the mother of twins Kameron and MaKayla. She enjoys scrap booking, stamping, and spending time with family. One of her families’ favorite activities is camping in the summertime in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
Jen | Clinical Assistant
Jen is a clinical assistant and has been working with our team since 2005. She feels fortunate to be part of such a kind and caring team. Jen truly enjoys the relationships that she’s developed with our patients and always looks forward to their next visit so that they can catch up! Outside of the office, Jen enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, reading, and of course shopping!
Karen | Clinical Assistant
Karen has been a part of Dr. Ron’s team since 2000 as a clinical assistant. She has fun every day at work because of the strong team Dr. Ron has surrounded himself with. She enjoys working for Dr. Ron because for him, family is a number-one priority. Because each patient has an individual treatment plan designed especially for them, the challenges are different every day. It is so rewarding to see it all come together and have the result be a beautiful and healthy smile that will last a lifetime. Karen is married and has three adorable boys. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and is also an avid runner and has completed the Portland Marathon!
Nicole | Office Manager / Financial Coordinator
Nicole has been working with Dr. Ron since 1993 and loves being a part of his orthodontic team. She enjoys making a difference in people’s lives and finds that taking the stress out of the financial arrangements for our patients can be very rewarding. She’s here to make sure that your journey with us is positive and memorable! Nicole has two beautiful daughters and loves spending time with her family and walking their dogs.
Whitney | Clinical Assistant
Whitney has been with Dr. Ron's team since 2013. She enjoys working every day with Dr. Ron and his wonderful staff. She also loves seeing the patients from start to finish and watch their transformation into a beautiful smile! Whitney is married and has two wonderful children, Cash and Finley. They love the great outdoors and like to camp, hunt, and fish whenever they can.
Dani | Scheduling Coordinator
Dani is the team’s newest member, having joined the team in October 2022. Her positive and rewarding experience with her own orthodontic treatment has fueled her passion for making sure that every patient has an equally great experience. Working as scheduling coordinator she will be there to greet you with a smile, tell you stories about our fish and work hard to help you fit your orthodontic appointments into your busy schedule!
Dani loves exploring our beautiful state, camping, dancing and watching ice hockey! She and her husband are looking forward to starting a family and raising their kids in Spokane!
